— I had the good fortune of stumbling upon Karen’s name on goodreads.com. I initially contacted Karen in March, but due to formatting issues I was having to make my book compatible with the Kindle, I didn’t get serious about the cover until October.
When I made contact the second time, she gave me an estimate of the cost and time frame. I sent her a couple of pics I was thinking about using and a mock layout. She sent me two sample cover ideas that same day! I asked her to make a couple of minor changes, and she responded within 24 hours.
